    • Motion Regarding Progress Updates on SSMU Divestment and Demilitarisation Campaign Mandate

    → In which the SSMU VP University Affairs and VP External are mandated to report on the progress of advocacy groups for divestment during future LC sessions, and the SSMU VP finance is mandated to report SSMU’s investments in the context of demonstrating progress towards divestment

    • Motion Regarding the Creation of an Anti-Surveillance Master Plan within the SSMU

    → In which the SSMU VP Internal is mandated to create and publish a Master Plan addressing and fighting against racist surveillance, blacklisting, and doxxing within the SSMU and the McGill community, including the creation of an anti-surveillance commissioner and committee under the SSMU

    • Motion Regarding the Vice-President (Sustainability and Operations)

    → Which confirms that a SSMU VP Sustainability and Operations, a long vacant executive position, will not be elected for the 2022-2023 academic year, and the position removed from the SSMU Constitution

    • Motion Regarding the Absence of the SSMU President - APPROVED

    → Which calls for the SSMU President to submit a letter of resignation within 48 hours of the ratification of this motion by the Board of Directors, lest the Legislative Council call for a Special General Assembly in Winter 2022, during which a motion to impeach the SSMU President may be submitted

    • Motion Regarding Interim Provisions to the Internal Regulations of Student Groups - POSTPONED

    → Which pertains to resources and funds allocated to Affiliated Political Campaigns on campus
